If you prefer not to use email, please send those requests to Sylvia Sonoda, Julienne Caudron or Ghoti Nyak, our estate managers inworld, through the internal instant messenger system of Second Life. But please note, that emails are more reliable than IMs.
When you teleport to our central welcome spot on the region OTHERLAND in Second Life, you will find a display that always shows, which Estate Manager is inworld, currently, and which one is not.
If you have any questions regarding THE OTHERLAND GROUP or the land we are selling please try to contact one of the above-mentioned estate managers inworld. We can not guarantee 24/7 service currently, but one of us is usually available any time of the day.
We all get a lot of IMs, so it is possible that some get lost when we are not inworld, we crash or delivery is capped because there were to many. So it is usually even better to send us an email to land@otherland-group.com.

... if you contact any of us inworld (via IM), please say more than just "Hi!" (even if you want to talk and not "leave a message".) Please include some short description of why you want to talk to us. This makes it a lot easier finding the right person. And you might get the answer or service, you are looking for, much faster this way. :)
