Here you can find the pricing information and can initiate payments for renting classic full prim land on THE OTHERLAND ESTATE. If if you buy or rent land on THE OTHERLAND ESTATE, you implicitely agree to our Covenant and Fine Print.

Please note, that the Standard Payment Plan is usually the cheaper solution, because you can sell land that you bought, making the upfront payment a true investment.

WARNING: If you want to create very large and complex buildings, or want to use a lot of scripted objects on your land, Large Area/low prim land might not be the right choice for you! Linden Lab has only certified this type of land for non demanding use. Some scripts run slower on low prim land, for example. You will rarely notice that, though. There are many other factors determining performance (or "lag") in Second Life. Most of them are much more important that the type of land you are on.

All specifications of area and prim capacity are approximations. Some parcels might offer a little less or a little more in area or capacity. This does not change their advertised price or monthly cost.

Parcels with certain sizes and other specific attributes are subject to availability. We can not guarantee, that a parcel of the desired size or character is available at any time. Creating new land with the desired features is possible sometimes (especially with the larger parcels sizes) but results in additional "custom delivery fees".
