The following sims on The OTHERLAND Archipelago are styled "Maledives" but don't come with theme-based building restrictions:

As some of our customers like the style of land we have created on our Maldives regions, but can not accept the restrictions, that come with the theme, we have added a few regions in the same look ... but without the theme restrictions. Please note, that the Covenant of The OUTERLAND ESTATE still applies, though.
